You may find that the new customer acquisition you receive are of a new breed. Sometimes, updating your image is all that is needed to revamp a struggling brand. Consumers can smell a company that is struggling. Fashion comes and goes lightning fast so you have to be prepared to go with the flow and strike while the iron is hot.
